SLO Supervisors to Deliberate Proposed Medical Marijuana Dispensary Tuesday

The San Luis Obispo County Board of Supervisors will hear an appeal Tuesday of the Planning Commission's decision to approve a proposed medical marijuana dispensary in Oceano.

 

The hearing is scheduled to take place in the afternoon session (probably around 2 p.m.) at the County Government Center at 1055 Monterey Street. Public comment is expected to signficantly influence the supervisors' decision.

 

The meeting agenda also includes a proposed ordinance against "menacing and aggressive animals" and a more than $500,000 expenditure on sheriff, county fire and planning and building code enforcement.
